Today, we’re continuing the theme of building a real-world-tested business model that fits your expertise by turning your career wins into a 30-day outcome-based offer buyers can say “yes” to quickly.


But here’s a really hard fact to digest: if your offer reads like your resume, buyers will compare you; if it reads like a 30-day transformation, buyers will choose you.


The Real Problem: You’re Selling Tasks, Not Certainty


You’re good; great, even, at what you do. But the market doesn’t pay for talent alone. The market pays for certainty.


Most professionals step into entrepreneurship with a list of tasks: audits, calls, reports, templates. Accurate? Yes. Compelling? Not quite.


A buyer still can’t see the finish line. They don’t know how long it will take, what they’ll actually have at the end, or how to measure “done.” That uncertainty becomes risk, and where there’s risk, there’s delay, discounting, or the dreaded “let me think about it.”


I’ve lived that.


When I re-founded SME Digital, I led with what I knew: strategy sessions, business plans, profile updates. Prospects nodded on calls; then stalled. They saw activity, not change. Hours, not outcomes.

Design Your 30-Day Outcome-Based Offer (An Example based on my 1:1 Coaching Accelerator Workshop)

  • Milestones & metrics” (not “scope & hours”).

  • Standard pathway with options” (not “custom for everyone”). This is how you move from effort to outcomes—from risk to proof.


The Offer Equation (Stress-test Your Pilot)


Outcome × Evidence × Fit ÷ Friction = Offer Strength. If response is soft, strengthen the promise (Outcome), surface more receipts (Evidence), tune to your ICP’s reality (Fit), or shave time/complexity/onboarding (Friction). Fix the weakest link first.


Use this 10-Day blueprint to Design Your 30-Day Outcome Based Offer:


  1. Write your Purpose in one clear line: “I help [WHO] go from [PAIN] to [RESULT] in 30 days” and make it specific and measurable so the right buyer self-identifies. 

  2. Convert that promise into Positioning by naming your method and time-boxing delivery to 30 days so you sell a solution, not hours; use outcome language like “We install…” and “By Day 30 you’ll have…” 

  3. Build Proof immediately: deliver one quick win in week one, create a tangible artifact they keep, and capture a simple before/after plus a short client quote. 

  4. Define Day-30 ‘done’ with visible outcomes (offer page live, booking flow working, X qualified conversations). 

  5. Price the installed outcome anchored to the cost of delay, set a firm floor, and plan to raise after three wins. 

  6. Stress-test with Outcome × Evidence × Fit ÷ Friction; strengthen the weakest factor or remove friction first. 

  7. Launch a tiny paid pilot after hours and one Saturday block to protect energy and ethics. 

  8. During delivery, log milestones, remove bottlenecks, and tighten instructions so the path is repeatable. 

  9. On Day 9, document receipts (before/after, quote, artifact); 

  10. On Day 10, keep/tweak/kill based on results. Roll forward what worked, retire what didn’t, and update your one-page offer accordingly. 


Repeat the cycle until the offer feels light to deliver and heavy on results—then raise the price and scale outreach.
