I founded SME Digital in 2011, focusing on establishing a digital advertising platform for Small and Medium Enterprises.

In 2023, SME Digital pivoted to provide Education and Business Coaching to Entrepreneurs and SMEs, leveraging my more than 2 decades of entrepreneurial and professional experience.

As the Lead Consultant at SME Digital, I am a results-driven management professional with over 16 years in Senior Leadership and Management Roles and over 23 years of experience in management, leading large multi-disciplinary teams and effecting organizational change in the State and Private Sectors.

As an Entrepreneur, since 2001, I've founded and operated five startups, published 2 books, and launched a personal growth podcast.
